  5. More good news! (My surgeon said the bum knee needs a simpler repair than we thought, and I’ll be up and about shortly after the meds wear off.) And when I get tired, more grist from the TBR stack. OTOH, this just hit the top. I’ll finish the chapter in the book I was re-reading, and visit Devon County again.

  15. Read the first couple chapters. Very nice! Thoughts of Shoim and Familiar friend operating a monster truck … it’s like a group of E-4s without adult supervision.

    • My second thought was that Silver wouldn’t do it, because Tay would return with a small army of friends.
